🌍 In honour of World Stray Animals Day, we’re fundraising for Billy - a forgotten stray now fighting for a future. In war-torn Odesa, injured Ukrainian veteran Vladimir searched for his lost dog amid the chaos of shelling - only to find Billy, a stray hit by a car, his leg shattered, unable to move. Billy suffered two severe leg fractures and urgently needs two complex surgeries to walk again. The first surgery is done, but we now need to raise $600 to cover that cost and fund the second operation so Billy can make a full recovery. Despite having no income, Vladimir opened his heart and home to Billy. Now Billy needs a second chance at life - can the $Oscar community make it happen?
