Tia, at one year old, and Elf, just six months, endured the unimaginable terror of being trapped by floodwaters after the Kakhovka Dam bombing in Ukraine. Born into the chaos of war in Kherson, these brave pups also faced continuous bombings and air raid sirens while in foster care in Kyiv. Now, after a year of recovery, Tia and Elf have the chance for a peaceful, loving life in the UK.
